18K Gold and Diamond Cartilage Hoop Earring

Round brilliant diamonds, arranged in a classic microclaw setting along the front edge of a huggie hoop earring, designed with a thicker gauge and hinged back closure (perfect for cartilage piercings). 

Hoop sizes include 7.8mm diameter (0.10cts) or 9.7mm diameter (0.11cts).

Available in 18K white and yellow gold.
