1. General Information

This website is operated by ES&CO Ltd t/a Searle & Co Jewellers (“we”, “our”, “us”).
We reserve the right to update, amend, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

2. Products & Services

All product descriptions, images, and prices shown on our website are provided in good faith.
Jewellery may vary slightly in appearance from images due to natural variations in gemstones and metals.
We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
A 50% deposit is required on bespoke orders before production begins. The balance is payable on completion.
Full payment must be received before any item is dispatched or collected.

4. Delivery & Collection

Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary.
All items are shipped using insured and tracked delivery services.
Customers may also collect their purchases from our showroom by prior arrangement.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

5. Returns & Refunds

Standard (non-bespoke) items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Bespoke, engraved, or customised jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

6. Bespoke Orders

Once design and deposit are confirmed, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled.
CAD designs and quotes remain the property of Searle & Co Jewellers until full payment has been made.
Completion dates are estimated and may vary depending on complexity and materials.

7. Valuations & Certificates

All diamonds and gemstones are supplied with relevant certificates where applicable (e.g., GIA).
Independent valuations provided are intended for insurance purposes and reflect current retail replacement value.

8. Warranty & Repairs

We guarantee our craftsmanship against manufacturing faults for 12 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Repairs outside warranty are available and will be quoted individually.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, logos, and designs) remains the property of Searle & Co Jewellers and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and comply with the UK GDPR.
