18K Gold, Akoya Pearl, and Rubover Diamond Drop Necklace

An Akoya pearl drop pendant with a rubover-set single round brilliant diamond.

Available in 5mm & 0.03cts, or 7mm & 0.04cts and set in 18K white or yellow gold.

Placed on an adjustable 16-17.5" chain.
